The Scorch-R

Based on a stock standard 1.8 Litre kitchen kettle, the Scorch-R lived up to its name after scalding the competition (and several bystanders) at the 2007 Kettle Nats in Canberra. A new custom built thermostat will see it back in the race for 2008. This is the second worked kettle for owner Danny Ho after his previous custom, The Scald-R, was targeted by Kettle Jackers in Western Sydney late last year.
